Who we are.
We’re a small, growing company in Raleigh, NC, building at the intersection of AI, biotech, and real-world business.
Our story.
Microbiocol AI is an advisory and product company focused on helping businesses adopt artificial intelligence in a way that actually works, for their people, their processes, and their goals.
We started because we saw too many companies being sold AI solutions that didn’t fit. We believe there’s a better way: start with listening, build around what’s already working, and create tools that make people’s jobs better, not obsolete.
What we believe.
AI is powerful. But power without direction is just noise. We believe AI should be adopted holistically, with a focus on saving jobs, not deleting them.
Every recommendation we make is grounded in your reality. We don’t push solutions; we help you find the right ones. And if AI isn’t the answer, we’ll tell you that too.
What we do.
We offer advisory and consulting services across industries, with deep roots in biotechnology, pharma, and tech transfer. We also build our own products, including Transfer Pilot AI.
Whether you need strategic guidance, hands-on implementation, or a custom tool built from scratch, we’re here to help.
Our values.
Listen First
We understand your business before we recommend anything.
Stay Honest
If AI isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so. No upsells, no fluff.
Build Together
We work alongside your team, not above them.
Our team.
